A: France

For France you can choose the following shipping methods:

1 – You pick up the package here in Bordeaux – of course for free. Once your package ready, you will receive a mail indicating where to pick it up

2 - Delivery with Mondial Relay to a pickup station – 4,55 €. Free delivery from a value of 80€ purchased.

When ordering, you can decide to which pickup point the shipment should go (or maybe even to your workplace?). You will receive 2 emails, one after shipping the parcel and then an email confirmation that the parcel has arrived at the destination.

You will have a 14-days delay to come and pick up the package presenting an identity card. After this period, the package will be returned to us and each reshipment will be at your expense.

The delivery time is between 2 to 3 days after dispatched by us, this apples to the entire mainland of France.

3 – By “Colissimo suivi” at your home – 6,15€. Free delivery from 80€ purchased.

4 – Soon available: Delivery in Greater Bordeaux by bike courier - Costs depending on postal code area. In order to enable the most environmentally conscious delivery in Greater Bordeaux, we offer (soon) the delivery by bike in Bordeaux / CUB – tariff depending on the postal code.

B: Abroad

Abroad, you can choose the following shipping methods:

1 - You pick it up yourself

You happen to be in Bordeaux (holiday / relatives visit) and want to pick up the package here in Bordeaux - of course, for free. You can choose between the following ways:

2 - Delivery by Mondial Relay to a pick-up station (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain) The delivery with Mondial Relay to a pickup station is free for all orders from 80 Euro for these three countries. For orders below 80 EUR we charge 4.55 Euro for delivery with Mondial Relay for Belgium and Luxembourg, for Spain 8.4 Euro. When ordering, you can decide to which pickup point the shipment should go (or maybe even to your workplace?). You will receive 2 emails, one after shipping the parcel and then an email confirmation that the parcel has arrived at the destination. You then have 14 days to pick up the package by presenting a badge. After this period the package will be returned to us. If you want a re-shipping, the new postage costs are at your expense, these will then be charged. The delivery time is between 3 to 4 days after dispatch by us. 3- Home delivery with Mondial Relay for Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Portugal and England (soon also Ireland, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia)

- For Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: 9.5 Euros, free delivery from 150 Euros.

- For Spain and England: 10,20 euros, free for all orders from 150 euros.

- For Austria, Portugal and Italy: 11,20 Euros, free for all orders over 150 Euros. The delivery time is 3 - 6 days after dispatch by us. After shipping you will receive a confirmation email. The package can be kept for a maximum of 7 days on site, then it goes back to us.

4- Delivery with Colissimo (French postal parcel) home

- Europe (EU) and Switzerland: 13,60 Euro, free delivery from an order value of 200 Euro

- Rest of Europe (not EU) 16,4 Euro, free delivery for orders over 200 Euro

- North America 24 euros.

The delivery time varies depending on the country of destination.

SHIPPING FAQ

1) My package was damaged on delivery!

The customer must immediately upon receipt of the shipment - and in the presence of the deliverer -check the the condition of the package, the packaging and the delivered product , in order to enjoy the carrier guarantee. If the package is damaged, torn or even open when the shipment is delivered, the customer must check the contents. If the products are damaged, the customer must absolutely refuse the acceptance of the package and make a reservation on the delivery note. This check is deemed to have been carried out if the customer or a person authorized by the customer has signed the delivery note. The customer must then inform the Aatise customer service within 3 days.

2) Can I change the delivery address?

The delivery address can be changed until shortly before shipment. Please, contact our customer service for this.

3) When will my order be shipped?

A – Campaign for pre-orders The delivery time is stated under each crowdfunding campaign. We wait for the end of the campaign to start production. We keep you up to date on the most important stages throughout the production process, so you can actively participate in manufacturing in our production facilities.

B – Products with Fabrics in stock : To know when you will receive the order, you will find the estimated production and delivery times in the details of each product sheet.

C -  Products with limited stock Contact our sales service to find out if a product is in stock or to know the delivery time.
