Eco-responsible manufacturing methods and choice of materials

It all starts with the raw material viscose, which is produced by our supplier Lenzing. It is THE ecological and sustainable material par excellence!

    Sustainable raw material production

Produced from wood pulp that comes from sustainably managed forests and are under FSC or PEFC control. Certified with the EU 'Ecolabel', a label of environmental excellence for products that meet high environmental standards throughout their life cycle: from raw material extraction to production, distribution and waste treatment.

    Transparent supply chain

The fibers are identified and certified by Lenzing in the end product via a "Branding Service".

    Environmentally responsible certified production

The EcoVero produces 50% less emissions and 50% less water consumption compared to conventional viscose. According to the Higg MSI TM tools, CO2, emissions and fossil resources are reduced by about half compared to conventional viscose.

The EcoVero viscose is biodegradable and the cotton seams leave no "microplastic" in nature. We do not use iron-on tape made of synthetic fibre (polyester) to reinforce collars, cuffs, etc.

    CO2 friendly

Local supply chain with a reduced carbon footprint.

    Waste reduction

Our system of pre-ordering reduces our stock and overproduction, thus hardly any waste is generated during the whole production process.

    Made in France

    Fair and socially responsible

Lenzing's Viscose EcoVero is produced in Europe and printed in Germany. It is traceable due to certification by Lenzing, the manufacturer of the fiber. The print is Ökotex certified.

The prototype shown here was produced by us and industrialization was carried out by a pattern maker near Bordeaux. Some are made by ourselves, or with the help of a workshop, right next to Bordeaux.

But where does the raw material come from?

The material is based on wood pulp from sustainably managed forests. We buy in Europe to guarantee you the best quality, as close as possible from us. Our supply and production chain is traceable through the Lenzing certification obtained for this material.
