Tencel TM Lyocell fibers are naturally smooth to the touch and enhance the quality of fabrics to glide lightly over your skin.

Tencel fibres are polyvalent and robust, they are among the most resistant in their class.

Through moisture management, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers absorb moisture efficiently, as measured by the Vapor Uptake test and Water Retention Value. In comparison to polyester and synthetics, there is less available moisture formed on the surface of the fiber for bacteria to grow. Consequently, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers provide a less favorable environment for bacterial growth, offering better hygienic qualities.

TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers support body temperature regulating properties through their moisture management. Derived from natural material, the microscopic fibrils of cellulosic fibers are structured to regulate the absorption and release of moisture, contributing to fabric breathability that supports the body’s natural thermal regulation.
Everything starts avec the raw material Tencel Lyocell Refibra TM, made by Lenzing, our supplier of Tencel Lyocell in Austria :
This is THE ultimate ecological and sustainable material! Lenzing has developed a revolutionary technology based on the manufacture, in closed circuit, of a "virtuous" yarn. It is made of wood pulp extracted from sustainable certified forests, and of cotton waste, which comes from the production of clothing.

Our trousers are fully compliant with the circular economy as they are partly made of recycled materials. All TENCEL ™ Standard Lyocell fibre types are derived from nature and are certified as biodegradable and compostable under industrial, domestic, soil and marine conditions, allowing them to return fully to nature.

Forests that are managed sustainably do not require irrigation, and the fiber is produced in a closed cycle that recovers water and 99.6% chemicals.
