A: Delivery for France


For France you can choose the following shipping methods:

1 – You pick up the package here in Bordeaux

of course for free. Once your package ready, you will receive a mail to pick the parcel up.

2) Delivery with Mondial Relay to a pickup station 

4,9 Euro including VAT. Free delivery with Mondial Relay from a value of 120 Euros purchased.

When ordering, you can decide to which pickup point the shipment should go (or maybe even to your workplace?). You will receive 2 emails, one after shipping the parcel and then an email confirmation that the parcel has arrived at the destination.

You will have a 14-days delay to come and pick up the package presenting an identity card. After this period, the package will be returned to us and each reshipment will be at your expense.

The delivery time is between 3 to  days after dispatched by us, this apples to the entire mainland of France.

3) By Colissimo

a) Tracking and delivery to your home address with signature

For France 9,65 Euros incl. VAT, free delivery for orders over 250 Euros.

b) By Colissimo in Pickup or Locker

For France 6,6 Euros incl. VAT, free delivery from 120 Euros of purchase.

It is up to you to choose, at the time of your order, the closest Pickup or Locker point to your home (or workplace).

B. Foreign countries


You have the choice between the following deliveries for foreign countries:

1) You pick up the package in Bordeaux - free of charge. You are, by chance, in Bordeaux (on vacation, visiting, with family). When your package is ready, you receive an email to pick up the package on site.

2) Delivery by Mondial Relay to a Point Relais (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal)

Delivery by Mondial Relay is offered to you for any order of an amount equal or superior to 120 Euros towards these five destinations for delivery in Mondial Relay depot.

For an order of a lower amount, the delivery fees via Mondial Relay are 6 euros incl VAT. It is up to you to select, when ordering, the nearest relay point to your home (or workplace). Two e-mails will be sent to you to inform you of the shipment of your package and its arrival at the relay point. You will have 14 days to pick up the package with an ID. After this period of 14 days, the package will be returned to us. If you wish to have the parcel sent back to us, you will be charged for the shipping costs. Delivery time is 4 to 6 days from the shipment of the package by us depending on the destination.

3) Delivery by Mondial Relay at home for Germany, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal)

- 10,4 Euros TTC, offered from 250 Euros of purchase.

4) Delivery in Delivengo (subsidiary of the post office)

Delivery to your home -

For Europe (EU) 9,9 Euros TTC, offered from 250 Euros of purchase.

- For other Europe and Switzerland (not EU) 15,5 Euros TTC - offered from 250 Euros of purchase.

Dom-Tom : 18,5 Euros TTC - offered from 250 Euros of purchase.

Other countries: 22,9 Euros TTC

The delivery time varies according to the destination, but it is necessary to count 4-6 days minimum.

SHIPPING FAQ


1) My package was damaged on delivery!

The customer must immediately upon receipt of the shipment - and in the presence of the deliverer -check the the condition of the package, the packaging and the delivered product , in order to enjoy the carrier guarantee. If the package is damaged, torn or even open when the shipment is delivered, the customer must check the contents. If the products are damaged, the customer must absolutely refuse the acceptance of the package and make a reservation on the delivery note. This check is deemed to have been carried out if the customer or a person authorized by the customer has signed the delivery note. The customer must then inform the Aatise customer service within 3 days.

2) Can I change the delivery address?

The delivery address can be changed until shortly before shipment. Please, contact our customer service for this.

3) When will my order be shipped?

A – Campaign for pre-orders The delivery time is stated under each crowdfunding campaign. We wait for the end of the campaign to start production. We keep you up to date on the most important stages throughout the production process, so you can actively participate in manufacturing in our production facilities.

B – Products with Fabrics in stock : To know when you will receive the order, you will find the estimated production and delivery times in the details of each product sheet.

C -  Products with limited stock Contact our sales service to find out if a product is in stock or to know the delivery time.
