Small description of someone who gets hacked and blocked his account with ransom demand and how Instagram and Facebook are ONLY there to make money BUT have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. (and that they take us all for fools)
If you've ever had pishing emails you know this: sometimes they are rude and you recognize them right away but sometimes it falls in a moment when you have your brain on edge and they are so well done that you fall for it.
And on the other side you have people who have all the know-how: they choose the best moment to change the phone number and the email: when you are sleeping and you have turned off everything (the famous "it was you" message/email?).
Then you have the ransom note: you don't answer and block the person by WhatsApp who contacts you.
*That your account has been deactivated and you can no longer do anything.
*That your Instagram account is connected and managed through Facebook, sorry META, with a business account.
*That you believe that by having a business account you are somehow a customer of Facebook and Instagram.
*That you think you can contact them to fix it, because you've already been on the phone with them at least 10 times... yes yes they call you to make you spend even more money on advertising.
*That you want to remove your credit card (after payment of course), but even this is not possible with Facebook and Instagram. Do you imagine: you can't even remove your payment card.
*That you think, as you run a business yourself and that for you the customer is 'king' and that it's the same for Instagram and Facebook, well in reality, far from that thay don't even now what de word customer does mean ( and that doesn't make me laugh at all)
But then you fall down: or all the reasons to stop using Instagram and Facebook:
That you have no way to contact Instagram or Facebook (or their new META names or have any contact to explain your problem.
That normally with your business account there is a button at the top: Have Tips but the button has mysteriously disappeared.
That you want to delete the credit card in case or after paying the last month and you deactivate everything, BUT EVEN THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE! INADMISSIBLE....
That you have searched on the help pages (with links that lead nowhere) for help. That you have filled in all the possible boxes in the help pages.
That you got an email on these pages for abuse of a trademark (which is kind of true here) and that you get an AUTOMATIC email back: This is not the right CHANNEL. Oh yeah he gives you a lead: HELP PAGES that lead nowhere.
Then you realize that Instagram and Facebook are part and of this hacker game and that their non-answer and non-assistance encourages traffic altogether:
*That you are not a Customer anyway (remember you have a business account) but that you are just a bottomless piggy bank for them.
*That these people have all the power: otherwise they would not treat their customers like shit. Sorry, it's true, you are not a customer.
*That these people do not pay VAT or taxes even if they do their business in these countries.
*That they exploit everyone's data and that it is ONLY a money machine.
*That they are even an accomplice in some way of this flourishing business of hackers and other dishonest people and that you don't want to feed these circuits to feed wars from here and there and other criminals.
*And you realize that you still have an ethic other than money and all the circus of these brainless posts of people who show their perfect doll ass or guy overrated, fake with filters in heavenly settings has nothing to do with our real world of climate change, drought, mega-fire (and yes it was right at the end of our nose in Gironde this summer), melting ice, problems of war, migration, . .and that you can't stand this overstatement policy any longer .
*That you went on Instagram because of the Influencers and People who advocate another consumption, sobriety (new buzzword), BUT that these people are less and less heard... impossible for them to 'recruit' other followers or to break through.
Why Instagram and Facebook promote even more 'bad' behavior for the planet and that nothing stops them (if we don't stop using them)
